This is exactly the kind of dress I like for hot days when I still want to look put together. It is airy, easy to move in, and the sleeves can be pushed up without feeling tight. I wore it running errands and it was comfortable the whole time. The color is softer than bright blue, which I like. Definitely keeping it.
I took this while trying it on with sandals and I like how it drapes. The knit has a beach coverup feel but still looks nice enough to wear around. The slit is helpful when sitting or walking. I will say it is a little sheer because of the open knit, so I wear a slip or swimsuit underneath. Overall very cute and comfortable.
The open-knit texture is really pretty and gives the dress a casual vacation feel. I took a close bathroom mirror photo because I wanted to show the neckline and sleeve texture. It is lightweight and comfortable, not heavy at all. The only reason I am giving four stars is that you definitely need something underneath, but I expected that with this style.
